- 1 （大衛的 詩，交與伶長。用絲弦的樂器，調用第八。）耶和華啊，求你不要 在怒中 責備我，也不要 在烈怒中 懲罰我！
- 2 耶和華啊，求你可憐我，因為 我 軟弱。耶和華啊，求你醫治我，因為 我的骨頭 發戰。
- 3 我心 也大大地 驚惶。耶和華啊，你 要到 幾時才救我呢？
- 4 耶和華啊，求你轉回 搭救 我！因 你的慈愛 拯救我。
- 5 因為，在死地 無人 記念你，在陰間 有誰 稱謝 你？
- 6 我因唉哼 而困乏；我每 夜 流淚，把床榻 漂起，把褥子 濕透。
- 7 我因憂愁 眼睛 乾癟，又因我一切的 敵人 眼睛昏花。
- 8 你們一切 作 孽 的人，離開 我吧！因為 耶和華 聽了 我哀哭 的聲音。
- 9 耶和華 聽了 我的懇求；耶和華 必收納 我的禱告。
- 10 我的一切 仇敵 都必羞愧，大大 驚惶；他們必要退後，忽然 羞愧。
